Era Constructions EGM approves issue of 55 Lakh warrants

Era Constructions India Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on May 26, 2007, have approved the following:

1. Issue of 55 lakh warrants convertible into equal number of Equity Shares on preferential basis to the Promoter Group and Non Promoter Group.

2. Making of Investment under Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956.

The stock was trading at Rs.345.65, up by Rs.7.60 or 2.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.349.85 and low of Rs.341.65. The total traded quantity was 34397 compared to 2 week average of 114597.
