Binani Cement Ltd to list today

Bombay Stock Exchange has announced that effective from Monday, May 28, 2007 the equity shares of Binani Cement Ltd (Scrip Code: 532849) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of B1 Group.

In National Stock Exchange, the equity shares of Binani Cement Limited (Symbol: BINANICEM) shall be traded in the Normal Market segment (Rolling Settlement) in compulsory demat for all investors.

The company issued shares in the recently concluded public issue through offer for sale by existing shareholders. The issue price was Rs.75 Per share (Face Value of Rs.10/- and Premium of Rs.65).

The Registrar to the issue is Bigshare Services Private Limited and their website is Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd
