UCO Bank to submit ´Expression of Interest´ for amalgamation of United Western Bank

UCO Bank Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank has resolved to submit a proposal to Reserve Bank of India indicating ‘Expression Of Interest’ for amalgamation of the United Western Bank Ltd. (UWB) with the Bank. Accordingly, the Bank´s ´Expression of Interest’ is being submitted to Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai.
