U.S Stocks fell after energy shares dropped - Nirmal Bang

Stocks fell after energy shares dropped and Treasury yields jumped to a two-year high as investors awaited signals this week on the Fed Reserve's stimulus plans.

Asian stocks fell for a fourth day, with the regional benchmark equities gauge trading near a two-week low, as metals prices declined for the first time in five days.

Benchmark indices ended near one year lows, amid selling pressure by institutional investors, after the rupee which touched a fresh all-time low of Rs 62.85/$ raised worries of a widening current account deficit and higher inflation. Market is expected to open on a lower note, however may recover during the day.
