James Hotels Board to consider preferential issue

James Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 11, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Company's Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and to consider and approve the allotment of preferential issue of equity shares and / or share warrants convertible into equity shares.
