K Sera Sera Productions Ltd public issue receives average subscription

The follow-on public issue by media company K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has evoked average response from investors. The company had priced its issue at a price band of Rs.64 to Rs.70 compared with the prevailing market price of Rs.74.

The QIBs portion of the issue has evoked good response getting subscribed for 11.2424 times, Non Institutional Investors portion got subscribed for 1.5753 times, Retail Individual Investors portion got subscribed for 2.4831 times and the employees quote received paltry subscription of 0.0076 times.
