Titan Industries gets approval for name change as Titan Company Limited

Titan Industries Ltd has received approval from the shareholders of the company through postal ballot for amendment of the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company and change of name of the Company from TITAN INDUSTRIES LIMITED to TITAN COMPANY LIMITED.

Shares of TITAN INDUSTRIES LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.280.60, down by Rs.1.10 or 0.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.289.25 and low of Rs.277.

The total traded quantity was 2.68 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 7.93 lakhs.
