Compucom Software AGM approves 15% dividend

Compucom Software Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 06, 2006, inter alia, has confirmed the payment of Interim dividend and declared final dividend @ 15% i.e. Re 1.50/- per share, as recommended by the Board of Directors.
