SRF to close buy back offer from September 25

SRF Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 06, 2006 has decided that Company´s offer of buyback of equity shares through stock exchanges made pursuant to Public Announcement dated June 23, 2006, be closed at the end of working hours on September 25, 2006.
