Hindustan Composites declares dividend of 10%

Hindustan Composites Ltd has announced that the members at the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 04, 2006, inter alia, hase approved the declaration of dividend @ 10 % on Equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
