Bombay Stock Exchange has informed that effective from May 17, 2007, the equity shares of Bhagwati Banquets & Hotels Ltd (Scrip Code: 532845) are listed and admitted to dealings in the list of 'B1' Group Securities.

The equity shares of Bhagwati Banquets and Hotels Limited (Symbol: BHAGWATIHO) shall be traded on the National Stock Exchange with effect from May 17, 2007 in the Normal Market segment (Rolling Settlement) in compulsory demat for all investors.
