India VIX ends 16.04 - GEPL Capital

Nifty Futures ended @ 6124.05 with the discount of 0.15 points. Nifty futures Open interest added 45 lakh shares with Junes series total open interest stands at 1.75 crores.

Nifty 6300 call added 9 lakh shares, whereas 6000 put added 14 lakh shares, indicating Nifty to remain in 6000-6300 zone in the june series unless the outstanding positions shifts to different strikes.

In the short term, as per options scenario Nifty has strong resistance in 6150-6200 zone, whereas, important support is placed in 6000-6050 zone.

India VIX ended 16.04 down by 10% against the previous close of 17.86.
