AB Nuvo Ltd announced its Q4FY13 and FY13 results on 28th May, 2013.

Quarterly Performance: The company arrived at net sales of INR6906.92 crore, which was up by 16.63% and 3.70% on YoY and QoQ basis. The EBITDA for the quarter was INR943.18 crore, which was down by 25.60% and 9.61% on YoY and QoQ basis. The EBITDA margin even fell by 767bps and 201bps on YoY and QoQ basis. The company posted PAT of INR198.87 crore, which was down by 27.33% and 35.73% on YoY and QoQ basis.

Annual performance: The company posted net sales of INR25180.45 crore, which was up by 16.62%. The EBITDA for the year was up by 28.17%, with margins also up by 133bps. The PAT for the year was INR1058.89 crore, which was up by 6.53%.
