Bajaj Auto AGM recommends 400% dividend

Bajaj Auto Ltd has announced that the members at the 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 15, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of the dividend recommended by the Directors viz. Rs 40/- per share (400 per cent).
