Manaksia - Q4FY13 Result - First Cut - Microsec

Manaksia Ltd announced its Q4FY13 and FY13 results on 14th May, 2013.

Quarterly Standalone Performance: Manaksia Ltd arrived at net sales of INR316.08 crores, which was up by 6.64% and 6.03% on YoY and QoQ basis. The EBITDA for the quarter was INR19.6 crore, which was up by 123.49% and 11.05% on YoY and QoQ basis. The company registered a PAT of INR3.76 crore, which was down by 25.69% and 66.16% on YoY and QoQ basis due to forex loss of INR4.40 crore during the quarter.

Annual Consolidated Performance: The company arrived at net sales of INR1176.32 crores, depicting a growth of 8.68%. The growth in net sales was witnessed due to 28%, 31% and 4.5% jump in revenue of packaging products, mosquito coil and metal products segment, respectively. The EBITDA was INR69.91crore in FY13, which was drastically up by 51.16%. The company posted a PAT of INR 27.52 crore (incl forex loss), which was four times the PAT registered in FY12.
