Amara Raja Batteries Ltd announced its Q4 FY13 results on 13th May 2013. The company's Standalone Net sales increased by 5.66% and 19.37% on QoQ and YoY basis respectively. EBITDA increased by 17.49% on YoY basis. EBITDA Margin of the company declined from 14.15% to 13.92% on YoY basis. Standalone PAT increased by 2.28% on YoY basis but declined 26.27% on QoQ basis.
