Ambuja Cement - Q1 CY13 Results - First Cut - Microsec

Ambuja Cement Ltd announced its Q1 CY13 results on 03th May 2013. The company's Standalone Net sales increased by 9.50% on QoQ but declined by 3.91% on YoY basis. EBITDA declined by 43.95% on YoY basis. EBITDA Margins of the company declined from 29.02% to 16.92% on YoY basis. Standalone PAT increased by 130.17% and 56.27% on QoQ and YoY basis respectively on back of higher other income(around INR 60cr) in Q1 CY13 and exceptional loss(INR279 cr) in Q1CY12.
