Citurgia Biochemicals allots shares as per BIFR order

Citurgia Biochemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2007, has allotted 169063 equity shares in the ratio of 1 equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid-up in lieu of 20 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up to the existing Shareholders / Beneficial owners of shares of the Company as of Record Date. The said reduction in existing equity capital has been done pursuant to the order of BIFR dated January 12, 2007 sanctioning rehabilitation scheme for revival of the Company.
