- CEBBCO has undergone some top management reshuffle - Mr Ajay Gupta, Director and responsible for managing corporate and financial affairs has tendered resignation

- Mr Akhil Awasthi, Nominee Director of Tata Capital Growth Fund has also tendered resignation while internal auditors have been changed

- Given change in top management and until we have more clarity on the corporate strategy/direction, we place our recommendation "Under Review".
