Exide Industries Ltd announced its Q4 FY13 results on 29th April 2013. The company's Standalone Net sales increased by 5.33% and 6.47% on QoQ and YoY basis respectively. EBITDA increased by 24.14% on QoQ basis. EBITDA Margin of the company increased from 11.26% to 13.26% on QoQ basis. Standalone PAT increased by 40.78% and 2.83% on QoQ and YoY basis respectively.
