Fortis Healthcare Ltd to list on May 9, 2007

The equity shares of Fortis Healthcare Ltd (Symbol: FORTIS) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the National Stock Exchange w.e.f. May 9, 2007. Trading shall be in the Normal Market Segment - Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all investors.

Bombay Stock Exchange has announced that effective from Wednesday, May 9, 2007 the equity shares of Fortis Healthcare Ltd (Scrip Code: 532843) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of B1 Group.

The company issued shares at a price of Rs. 108 Per share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- and Premium of Rs.98). The Registrar to the issue is Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd.
