Panoramic Universal to acquire travel agency

Panoramic Universal Ltd has announced that the Company is considering the option of acquiring a travel agency and developing an e-portal for ticketing and hotel bookings mainly targeting the US and Indian customers. Capturing the entire tourism chain end-to-end would lead to higher profit margins and provide a one-stop-shop for tourists to meet most of their travel needs.
