Adlabs Imagica Uses Infibeam Platform for E-Ticketing

Gone are the days when you had to wait for your turn in an extremely long line to get access to your favourite park...

Bollywood producer Manmohan Shetty has taken customer engagement to an all-new level with his theme park Adlabs Imagica, a flagship venture of Adlabs Entertainment Limited (AEL), located on the Mumbai-Pune Expressways.

Adlabs Imagica, which will be opened for public on April 18, 2013, is now poised to be India's first theme park destination offering entertainment, fun, action, relaxation, dining, shopping and accommodation at a single location. It is probably be the first theme park in India to allow online booking of tickets.

The ticketing website, which was made live on April 5, of the theme park has been powered by Infibeam. And guess what, AEL has assembled a highly diversified and multi-dimensional team from Infibeam to develop a customized implementation to ensure that customers/visitors have a seamless experience booking tickets digitally. Infibeam has also provided Adlabs with state-of-the-art ticket reselling platforms for travel agents and OTAs.

The idea is to allow visitors to purchase tickets well in advance so that they save time. "E-tickets will be convenient to visitors and also saves paper for us. At Infibeam, we believe in technological innovations. With this facility, Infibeam platform will replace the aging method of point-of-sale. The booking will be done much faster and will save time and energy of visitors," adds Mr. Rajput.
