Religare Enterprises to raise Rs. 550 crore through NCD issue

Religare Enterprises Ltd is proposing to raise Rs. 550 crores through issuance of NCD on private placement basis.

Further, India Rating & Research Private Limited has assigned AA- (outlook negative) rating to the proposed NCD issue.

The Company will open the issue of the above mentioned Debt Securities on March 28, 2013.

The Religare Enterprises Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.290, up by Rs.19.95 or 7.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.294 and low of Rs.268.90.

The total traded quantity was 2644 compared to 2 week average of 1100.
