Indian Markets are expected to open lower on Monday - TRANS SCAN

The Indian markets are expected to open lower on Monday tracking weak Asian markets. Following the weak global cues, the Nifty index may even test its key psychological support level of 5850 later in the day.

On Friday, US Stocks ended lower as investors preferred to remain on sidelines after recent gains. The Dow Jones industrial average ended its longest winning streak since 1996 as investors paused just below the S&P 500's record high.

Asian share were trading lower, after an unusual bailout proposal for Cyprus spooked investors.
