Long addition seen in Bank Nifty Future - IIFL

Long addition was seen in Bank Nifty future which added ~0.20mn in open interest, while unwinding was seen in Nifty future which shed ~0.04mn in open interest.

On Nifty Option side, maximum open interest for Call is at 6,000 strike, while for the Put is at 5,700 strike.

Call unwinding was seen in Nifty Mar 5,900 strike which shed ~0.98mn shares in open interest.

Put buying was seen in Nifty Mar 5,900 put which added ~2.60mn shares in open interest.

Long addition was seen in Realty, Banking and Oil & Gas Sector.

Sensex March future which added 2580cont in open interest has seen addition of fresh longs.

On option front, Sensex Mar 19,800strike call which added 103245cont in open interest has seen buying, while put buying was seen at Mar 19,200strike which added 55665cont in open interest.
