Goldman Sachs Nifty Exchange Traded Scheme Board recommends Dividend if Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs Trustee Company (India) Private Limited (Trustee to Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund) at their meeting held on February 26, 2013, have approved Dividend of Rs. 7.5000 (Rupees Seven and paise fifty only) per unit to the unit holders of Goldman Sachs Nifty Exchange Traded Scheme (GS Nifty BeES).

The Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs Trustee Company (India) Private Limited (Trustee to Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund) at their meeting held on February 26, 2013 have fixed record date as March 14, 2013 for the purpose of payment of Dividend.
