Endzone with Aryan Hospital organized free self defense camp: witness huge response

Keeping in mind the never stopping crimes against women in India, Aryan Hospital- the oldest hospital in Gurgaon in association with Endzone- sports, fitness and wellness consultancy firm organized free self defense camp for women on Sunday, January 13, 2013 which was attended by approximately 50 women.

At the camp, women were trained in a combination of salient features of several self defense techniques. The camp also included counseling on how to remain alert, detect danger and use their reflexes. The camp was open to women of all age groups.

Commenting on the importance of organizing such camp, Dr P R Aryan, Founder, Aryan Hospital said, "It is very important for our women to be safe and better prepared for all kind of situations that is why we take this initiative for our society and staff."

Talking about the purpose of the camp Mr Divyu Gupta, Vice President of Endzone said- "this camp was to spread awareness about the self defense techniques that we can easily use for our protection. We at the Endzone are trying to make people aware about different methods to be safe."
