The company's Net Sales was flattish on YOY to Rs.472.69 crores and was marginally down by 1.3% QoQ.
EBITDA increased by 986% YoY to Rs. 46.81 crore and down by 42.5% QoQ . EBITDA Margin of the company increased by 900bps YoY to 9.9% in Q3FY13 but was down by 710bps QoQ. The raw-material cost, other expenses and employee expenses as a % of sales was down in Q2FY13 as compared to Q3FY13 which resulted into the fall in EBITDA margin for the company.
The increase in Other income by 90.1% YoY to Rs. 37.6 crores and by 1766% QoQ supported the growth in PAT for the company. PAT stood at Rs. 33.09 crores in Q3FY13 against loss of Rs. 10.78 crores in Q3FY12 and down by 10.7% QoQ . The margin was down by 70bps QoQ to 7% in Q3FY13.
