Lakshmi Mills AGM approves Rs.15 dividend

Lakshmi Mills Company Ltd has announced that the Shareholders at the 96th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 30, 2006, inter alia, have resolved to declare Dividend at Rs 15.00 per share. Further they resolved to appoint Sri D Rajendran as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
