India's forex reserves increases

India's forex reserves increased by USD 39.6 mn on week-on-week basis to stand at USD 296.58 bn as on Dec. 28, 2012. In the rupee term, forex reserves fell by Rs 62 billion over the week to stand at Rs 16,257.6 billion as on Dec. 28, 2012. On year-on-year basis, forex reserves fell by USD 110.3 million to USD 296.58 billion as on Dec. 28, 2012.
