Spicejet allots 350,000 CCDs on Preferential Basis to Kalanithi Maran

Pursuant to the shareholders' approval dated December 26, 2012, Spicejet Ltd has on January 04, 2012, further allotted 350,000 14% Unsecured Compulsorily Convertible Debentures ("CCDs") of Rs.100 each aggregating to Rs. 35,000,000 to Mr. Kalanithi Maran, Promoter of the Company on preferential basis.

The Spicejet Ltd stock was trading at Rs.46.60, down by Rs.0.70 or 1.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.50 and low of Rs.46.20.
