Nifty Future Open interest increases by 10.30% - Angel Broking

- The Nifty future open interest increased by 10.30% while BankNifty future open interest is increased by 10.68% as market closed at 5905.60 levels.

- The Nifty Dec. future closed at premium of 8.15 point against a premium of 9.80 points. The Jan. series closed at a premium of 58.40 points.

- The Implied Volatility of at the money options is increased from 13.66% to 13.85%.

- Nifty PCR-OI has increased from 1.05 to 1.12 levels.

- The total OI of the market is Rs.1,68,630/- cr. and the stock futures OI are Rs.41,915/- cr.

- Few of the large cap names where we have seen low rollover are POWERGRID, GAIL, COALINDIA, TATAPOWER and ACC.
