Jagson Airlines seeks EGM approval for issue of warrants

Jagson Airlines Ltd has announced that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on May 05, 2007, for the issue and allotment of the Share Warrants of the Company upto 8021780 share warrants of Rs 10/- each at a price not below Rs 20.51 per share (inclusive of premium of Rs 10.51/-) aggregating to its 16,45,26,708/- for cash on Preferential Basis to M/s. Jagson International Ltd, Promoter group as well.

Further, these Share Warrants will also be listed on the Stock Exchange at Bombay & Delhi on pari passu basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.50 and low of Rs.16.55. The total traded quantity was 10366 shares compared to 2 week average of 8092.
