Federal Bank expresses interst in taking over United Western Bank

Federal Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has, pursuant to Reserve Bank of India notification on Government of India order placing the United Western Bank of India Ltd, under moratorium expressed its interest in taking over the said Bank.
