Gitanjali Gems Ltd´s Initial Public Issue of equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.170 to Rs.195 per share closes tomorrow (February 21, 2006). The issue consists of fresh issue of 17,000,000 equity shares through 100% book-built issue. The issue will constitute 28.81 per cent of the fully diluted post-issue capital of the company.
The issue opened on February 16, 2006 and has got subscribed for 2.22 times till 5 PM today. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion has got subscribed for 3.6129 times, Non Institutional Investors portion for 0.0332 times, Retail portion for 1.2120 times and Employees quota has evoked no response till today.
