Iti Food Festival @ Chynna Gold - Hilton New Delhi

Hilton New Delhi / Janakpuri has announced the launch of an 'Iti Food Festival' at Chynna Gold, the Sichuan and Cantonese fine dining restaurant. The festival is inspired by ITI, the Goddess of Wine. Rice wine has played a major role in preparation of all the dishes starting from Soup to Main course. Relish the authentic Chinese cuisine especially prepared by the chefs using the traditional blend of flavours, herbs and spices.

ITI Food Festival will offer delectable Chinese non vegetarian preparations in addition to delicious vegetarian dishes. The menu will include a variety of fare such as Steamed Mussels in Chinese Wine, Steamed Drunken Prawns, Sichuan Sweet and Sour Crispy Fish and Chinese Char Siu Grilled Lamb Chops.
