Kerala Ayurveda Board Meeting considers issue of shares to Champion Investments at Rs.60

Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2006, has considered the allotment of 4,97,672 equity shares of Rs 10/-each at an issue price of Rs 60/- per share to Champion Investments, Mauritius or any of its associate Company and constituted an Allotment Committee to complete the allotment of shares and to comply with Stock Exchange and other regulations.
