Bhagwati Banquets & Hotels Limited IPO open for subscription

The Initial Public Offering of Bhagwati Banquets & Hotels Limited opened for subscription on April 18, 2007. The company has come out with an IPO of 18455400 Equity Shares (Excluding promoters contribution of 4544600 Equity Shares) of Rs.10 each at a price band of Rs.36/- to Rs.40/- through 100% book building issue.

Out of the issue, 9227700 equity shares are reserved for subscription by Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 2768310 shares are reserved for Non Institutional Investors and 6459390 shares for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs).

The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed in both Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The Book Running Lead Manager to the issue is Chartered Capital and Investment Ltd. The Registrar to the issue is Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd.
