Divis Laboratories AGM recommends Rs.10 dividend

Divis Laboratories Ltd has announced that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 02, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of dividend at Rs 10 for each equity share.
