              Bharti Infratel Limited, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel Limited, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") on September 14, 2012 in relation to its initial public offer of equity shares (the "Issue").
The Issue constitutes a fresh issue of equity shares by Bharti Infratel Limited and an offer for sale portion by Compassvale Investments Pte. Ltd., GS Strategic Investments Limited, Anadale Limited and Nomura Asia Investment (IB) Pte. Ltd.
The Bharti Airtel Ltd stock was trading at Rs.255.65, up by Rs.2 or 0.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.259.60 and low of Rs.253.70.
