Bhushan Steel Q1FY13 Result - First Cut - Microsec Research

Bhushan Steel Ltd announced its Q1FY13 results on 31st July, 2012.

The Company's Net Sales arrived at INR2747.34 crore, which was marginally up 0.14% on QoQ basis and 26.85% up on YoY basis. The EBITDA for the quarter was INR862.24 crore, which decreased by 3.94% on QoQ basis, but increased by 30.44% on YoY basis. The EBITDA Margin was down by 129bps on QoQ basis, but up by 73bps on YoY basis. The company posted a Net profit of INR205.97 crore, which was drastically down by 37.75% sequentially and 1.90% on yearly basis.
