Sasken Communication completes Acquisition of Botnia Hightech Oy, Finland (Botnia)

Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company has completed the process of acquiring Botnia on August 31, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary m Finland under the name and style Sasken Communication Technologies Oy and the acquisition of shares in Botnia has been effected by the said subsidiary.
