Cera Sanitaryware promoters rejig holdings

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd has announced that M/s Madhusudan Holdings Ltd has sold its entire stake in the Company, among promoters through Inter-se-transfer and their holding as on date in the Company is ZERO. Necessary intimations / declarations have already been given to the concerned authorities under Take Over Code of SEBI by the promoters as well as the Company.

In view of above, M/s Madhusudan Holdings Ltd is no more a promoter group Company.
