Salzer Electronics to allot shares and warrants on preferential basis

Salzer Electronics Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board's Sub-committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 28, 2007, for the purpose of dealing with the matters relating to allotment of 915808 equity shares to the strategic investor and 224192 share warrants to promoters, promoters group Companies, their associates, friends, relatives, individual and bodies corporate on a preferential basis, is called and convened at a shorter notice on April 11, 2007.
