Visu International Board recommends 5% dividend

Visu International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend at the rate of 5% (i.e. Re 0.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10/- each) for the financial year 2005-06.
