Jyoti Ltd allots 16,75,000 warrants

Jyoti Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 09, 2007 has allotted 16,75,000 equity warrants to Mr. Marut R Patel, a Non Resident Indian, issued on preferential basis pursuant to special resolution already passed by the shareholders under section 81(1A) in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 26, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.98.50, down by Re.0.10 or 0.10%. The volumes were subdued with 2351 shares changing hands compared to 2 week average of 4679 shares.
