Lakshmi Machine Works AGM approves 200% dividend

Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd has announced that the members at the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 18, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of a final dividend of Rs 200/- per equity share of Rs 100/- each fully paid up for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
