DIC India to consider capital raising plan

DIC India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider, capital raising plan, increase of authorized capital, issue of rights shares and consequential matters arising thereof.

The shares of the company were trading up Rs.2.50 or 1.56% at Rs.162.50 on volume of 510 shares compared to 2 week average quantity of 1258 shares.
