Vipul Dye Board recommends 5% dividend

Vipul Dye Chem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2006, inter alia, has approved the recommendation of dividend @ 5% (i.e. Rs 0.50 per share) on equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the shareholders of the Company.
